The residence is located approximately five to six minutes on foot from metro and bus connections, providing convenient access to nearby universities and different parts of the city.

Instalment Plan: August arrivals may pay the remaining balance in three instalments, while September arrivals may pay in two instalments. All payments must be completed by the end of November.
