Launched in 2015, Konforist Boys’ Dormitory was awarded the European first prize at the European Property Awards Development and European Property Awards Interior Design, the world’s most important international project development awards.

Konforist does not charge its guests any extra fee for the services it provides other than restaurant – cafe, protects them from invoices and other routine official transactions and payments, which are considered the biggest burden for students, and provides them with the opportunity to be invoice-free, which they cannot obtain in a student house. Thus, students can easily manage their own finances. At Konforist, we also have the opportunity to host guests in our lobby and restaurant so that parents can visit the student who is our guest from time to time and see them on site.
